We are holding the winter course on Saturday 30th October at Blackpool sports center 12pm-4pm,
Why not make a weekend of it and stay to see the Illuminations (to be confirmed).
Training during school hols:
Harrogate: Mondays 7-8pm children / 8-9pm adults
York: Tuesdays 5.15pm children beg-yellow / 6.15pm children orange and above / 7.15pm all adults karate & kickboxing
Leeds: Thursday 6.30pm karate / 7.30pm kickboxing (training @ allerton high school)

New DVD
While in Spain we recorded a DVD for Self Defence & Sparring, Self Defence includes some Defences for all grades. Sparring includes a selection of sparring techniques from fighting stances, attacks, counter attacks and free sparring, this is available now at £7. The course was enjoyed by everyone and we hope to do another one may be in 2010, if you are interested tell Mark or Bev and we will try and sort something out.
DVD
While in Spain we recorded a DVD for Karate & Kickboxing, Karate includes all Katas at different angles and full speed and all pair work. Kickboxing includes all syllabus work for all grades. Watch out for the bloopers, this is available now at £7. The course as enjoyed by everyone and we hope to do another one may be next year 2011, if you are interested tell Mark or Bev and we will try and sort something out.
